Track 27 OFBGM NT Doctrines on Two Aspects of Jesus 2nd Coming
OFBGM® Sermon, Class, Lecture, and Counseling over the decades have observed that many Christians are not clear on when will Jesus return verses how long will Jesus’ 2nd Coming take. OFBGM® is now at the door of the first event of Jesus 2nd Coming of: 01 Jesus 2nd Coming Begins by Himself with His Shout and His Spirit Orders! Now the focus of this OFBGM Bible Track include examining Jesus Own testimony of the certainty of His 2nd Coming and hopefully we will have time to cover the details on once Jesus starts His 2nd one-time end-times Coming how long will His 2nd Coming last! Since OFBGM® NT WCOG has not been preached and taught on these two NT doctrines/2Jn9, 1Ti4:1-6, Re22:18-19, etc., then man-made doctrines have filled the void of truth/1Jn2:21.
Let us now address the first NT WCOG doctrine of this OFBGM® Bible Track: when will Jesus come the second time? The question is not if Jesus will come the 2nd time but only when will Jesus 2nd coming occur? However, at this point we must understand by OFBGM NT WCOG that there will be only one-time end-time 2nd Coming and not a 3rd, 4th, etc. coming of our Jesus as these OFBGM Bible Tracks reveal from Jesus NT doctrine/2Jn9. In fact, just like Jesus 1st Coming lasted app. 33.5 years or 34 years, our Lord Jesus one-time end-time 2nd Omega Coming will occur only once (only the 2nd time not 3rd, 4th, etc.) and Jesus 2nd Coming is guaranteed by His one-time incarnation 1st Coming (Heb8, 9:12, 24, Jn20:17, Mt28:18-20, 1Col1:15, 1Ti1:17, etc.) per Mt16, Mt24:20 – Mt25:30. Many times, the NT words: coming, the day, that day, denotes the 2nd Coming! Jesus, the Lamb of God, was decided before Jesus, the Word of God/Jn1:1-3, 14 created the physical universe to come the 1st advent/coming (1Pe1:19-21) to be mankind’s salvation/Mt1:21, Mt20:25-28! Jesus’ seed/physical body by His Spirit incarnation ministry in the first century talked about His 2nd Coming many times. Jesus came for His Spirit’ incarnation to walk His created Earth for every lost soul/Mt1:21 in this evil sinful world ruled by satan/Jn8:44 to die/Ge3:14-15 for every lost/Mt1:21 soul from Adam and Eve to the last one conceived at His 2nd Coming. Again, Jesus 1st coming guaranteed His 2nd Coming/Mt24-25.
Jesus sermon on the Mount of Olives in Mt24 – thru Mt25 is a masterpiece demonstrating that no human knows when our Lord Jesus will come the 2nd time at the one-time end-time Coming, and then Jesus commences His ultimate last day judgment/Jn12:48, Mt25:31-46 of every soul from Adam/Jn5:27-29 to the last living generation/Mt24:21 – Mt25:30, 1Co15:51-58, 1Th4:15-17, Re20:1-15, 21-22! So, Mt24-25 breaks down Mt24:1-3 which includes the destruction of the OT Temple; His 2nd Coming, and the end of the world/age (Mt28:20, 1Co15:20-23, 24-28, 2Th1:3-10, 1Th4:13-18, Jn12:48, Mt25:31-46, Re20:11, 12-15, etc.) of time and physical universe. In this context, after the end of the world then Jesus discusses His throne Spirit glory/Mt25:31-46 where all nations will be and no future multiple judgments per man-made physical narratives doctrines. In fact, in Mt24 – 25, the majority of this Bible text is where Jesus tells the last living generation at His 2nd Coming to be prepared and thus ready for His 2nd Coming (in reality Jesus is telling every generation to be ready for His 2nd Coming because as this Bible text and other NT text informs that no one knows when Jesus 2nd Coming will be except for God Himself), but as Jesus’ Mt16 text reveals that the signs of the time pertaining to Jesus 1st Coming in the flesh which proves without a doubt that Jesus 2nd coming will happen during the NT dispensation (Mt28:18-20) to end Jesus’ NT age/world last living generation.
During Jesus’ Kingdom of God ministry like in the Mt16:1-21 text, Jesus says the very fact of His fulfillment of the entire OT prophesied Seed, Prophet, the I Am, Emmanuel, Christ, etc. (Lk24:25-27, 44-49; Mt5:17-f; Ga3:16, 24, 29; Heb8, 9:12, 24, etc.) was standing Himself in front of His OT leaders/Mt16:1 in His incarnation (the Word of God, Jesus, put on flesh/Jn1:1, 14) who asked Jesus for a sign from Heaven, Jesus responded to them and said you can discern the face of the sky, but you cannot discern the signs of the times! These leaders should have known the signs of the times prophesied by the OT Word of God, Jesus, that He would come the 1st time by His seed incarnation (Ge3:15, Ga3:16, 24, 29, Mt1:1, 16, 21-25, Je31, Heb8, 9:12, 24, etc.). Therefore, in this same Bible text Jesus goes on to say to His disciples who do you say that I am/Mt16:15 and Peter knew Jesus was the Christ the very Son of the living God/Mt16:16! Thus, this context Mt16:1-21 of the signs of the times pertain to Jesus 1st Coming of His incarnation Who would later after His Asc build His NT church (Mt16:15-21)!
So, Jesus says no one knows when His 2nd coming will occur except for infinite Spirit God Himself. Jesus said the signs of the times of His 1st Coming proved His 2nd Coming/Mt24 -25 as a thief and warned every generation to be ready because He will come during the last living generation/Mt24:27 – 25:30. So the signs of the times or you can know the “season” has nothing to do with Jesus 2nd Coming. Then Jesus said His 2nd coming will last only second (s)/Mt24:27!
