Last BB we took a brief look at Ho/Hosea the Minor Prophet OT Bible book. This OFBGM BB will take a brief look at the rest of the Minor Prophets Bible books: Joel, Am, Ob, Jon, Mi, Na, Ha, Zep, Hag, Zec, & Ma OT Bible books to bring Jesus Seed incarnation salvation life story down to the close of the OT or first covenant dispensation. Ob/Obadiah, Na/Nahum & Jon/Jonah prophecies came to other OT nations who received the OT Word of God, Jesus! One repented of their ways for several decades and the other continued in rebellion to God’s Word. In Joel, Am/Amos, Mi/Micah, Hab/Habakkuk, Zep/Zephaniah, Ha/Haggai, Zec/Zechariah, and Ma/Malachi the OT Word of God, Jesus, came to His Law of Moses Covenant people of Judah for repentance!
I picture Jesus during His last incarnation week of His physical life saying OJerusalem, Jerusalem… how often would I (Jesus) have gathered My children together… under her (My) wings, and ye would not/Mt23:27:28; Lk13:34! Jesus, the OT infinite Lord God Who is the King of kings and Lord of lords, kept coming to His OT people in Judah but they would not repent so they received De28 curses of their sins repeatedly as an OT nation/people of God. Jesus, the OT Word of God, kept sending His OT prophets to His OT covenant Law of Moses nation of Judah as declared in these Minor Prophets Bible books to turn as many from their sins to under His “wings” as possible. God’s OT Word of God people would forsake His OT covenant (s) to live and remain in their sins. Jesus was their King/1Sa8, etc.!
Not only was Jesus the OT King of Israel and then the nation of Jews/Jn18:36-37, He was the King of all nations/Heb9:15-17, the physical universe, time, and the Spirit King in Spirit Heaven at His Asc/Jn17:20, Heb8, Heb9:12, 24, Mt! In the Bible book of Mt/Matthew God the Holy Spirit inspiration or writing thru Matthew called our Jesus King in the present tense because even though during His incarnation His Spirit in His incarnation or physical body was not a physical sovereign king over a physical nation because He even in His incarnation was and now is in His Asc NT Kingdom of God and Kingdom of Spirit Heaven/Heb8, 9:12, 24 King of this physical universe, every nation/Mt28:18-20 and Spirit Heaven/Col1:12-17.
